Ugba is a salad of sorts which is eaten by Eastern Nigerians especially at ceremonial occasions.

Egusi soup is perfectly combined with pumpkin leaves or spinach and red palm oil, and garnished with stock fish to give a thick yet easy going feel. Enjoy with beef (preferred), fish or chicken.

 Ora (Oha) soup is native to the South Eastern Nigeria. It is a very traditional soup similar to the bitterleaf soup but cooked with Ora leaves. 

 Ofe owerri is a tasty Nigerian soup which is native to Igbos from Imo State, South-eastern Nigeria especially those from owerri which is the state capital.  The normal combination is made up of two vegetables. It's either you use Ugu and Uziza, Ukazi and Uziza or Oha and Uziza with Stock Fish, Dried Fish or Assorted Meat.

This soup is prepared with thoroughly washed bitter leaves to ensure that it doesn’t taste bitter as the name may imply. Coco yam can be used to make it thick as well as dry or stock fish. Stewed meat can enhance the taste too. 

Edikaikong is a nutritious soup made with generous ammount of leefy green vegetables. best enjoyed with Stock Fish or Dried Fish or Assorted Meat.

This party favourite is blend of pre-cooked long grain or basmati rice and vegetables (carrot, green beans, sweet corn etc.), friend with vegerable oil and seasoned to taste. Can be topped with beef, fish, chicken or any other preferred meat.

Prepared with long grain or basmati white rice mixed with tomato stew and seasoning (spiced to taste). Can be topped with fried meat or chicken and fried plantains.
